My Story
Hello, I'm Rupesh. I grew up in India and now live in Malaysia, where I spent three years working in a bakery. That is where I fell in love with baking — the smell of butter and sugar early in the morning, the quiet patience of waiting for a cake to rise, and the smile on someone's face when they take the first bite.
It is also where I learned that baking goes wrong for simple reasons. Butter that is too cold. An oven that runs hot. A batter mixed a little too long. Nobody is "bad at baking" — most people were just never told why.
Why I Started SweetBakeCorner
I started this blog in March 2026 for the person standing in their kitchen, a little nervous, wondering if the cake will turn out. I want you to feel that someone is standing next to you, explaining each step in plain words.
I no longer work in a bakery, but I carry what those years taught me into every article here.
